I was there with a Boat transum and a trolling motor problem. Ed helped me figure out the trolling motor and Manner helped me with the parts and how to fix my transum. They were very friendly, helpful and had a wealth of Knowledge. When I left I felt like the trip from Washington to Idaho was Worth the trip. Thank you both for the help.

Couldn't have asked for a better or more pleasant experience as we purchased our first ever fishing boat, a 21 ft. Thunder Jet Chinook OS. Grant was very patient with us, answering all of our novice questions about multiple boats, never once making us feel pressured to buy. Everyone treated us like family and really seemed to enjoy our excitement when we did drive away with this incredible boat. Parts and Service Departments were also awesome to work with and made sure we had our boat outfitted with all our stocking stuffer baubles before their Christmas break. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

Good customer service, just expect to pay top dollar for everything. For instance I had minnkota trolling motor put on my new boat, the Amazon Price was $2,200, Marks Marine Price 3,400, and that did not include instalation.

I went to the Spokane boat show 2019 and the service manager Todd talked to me about the Hews Craft. I asked lots of questions and left. I went back to the show the next day and spoke with Todd again. He put zero pressure to buy and I appreciated it. I was looking but was not planning to make a purchase. He let me know about a 2018 new Hews Craft that he had at there business in Hayden. I purchased the boat and did a lot of custom things to it. I'm 6'6" so I needed the canvas raised up about 6 inches. I also added a tower to store extra poles and to hang planer board reals. Todd equipped the boat with the trolling package for me with the 9.9 Yamaha and the electric scotty downriggers. I upgraded to the Lowrance Elite-9 Ti2 fish finder and I upgraded to a transducer that will allow me to fish Pen Oreille with great fish accuracy. I added the new Garmin auto piolet and I had to go big and move up to the 150HP Yamaha main engine. I spent a few hours on the water with two gentlemen from Marks Marina. Aaron who is an expert in all areas of the boat and electronics and Greg who provided useful information as well and went through the final checklist. No pressure what so ever. Eldon went through all the paper work with my wife and I and made it painless. I stopped in a week later to schedule my 20 hour PM on the motors as well as to add pole holders. I spoke with Aaron again and he answered a lot more of my questions about the fish finder. Todd came over and said hello to me as well. Thank you Todd, Aaron, Greg and Eldon for a great experience.

I found my experience with Pat extremely favorable,then Brad tries to take over wrote my order up incorrectly,and then I had to pay the price for his ineptness for writing it up improperly,I would have never bought this boat other than the fact I was dealing with Pat,financing and parts were great
